Independent ski and snowboard instructors often juggle bookings from several different sources, leaving them to manage client details, payments and lesson arrangements across multiple channels. British company Maison Sport hopes to make that process easier with the launch of AlpineOffice, a new business management platform designed specifically for independent snowsports instructors.
The software brings booking management, payment processing and client management tools together in one place. It also integrates directly with Maison Sport, allowing instructors to manage bookings made through the platform alongside private clients they have sourced independently.
AlpineOffice is initially available exclusively to Maison Sport instructors, with free access for existing users. The company plans to make the software available to independent instructors across Europe in a wider rollout.
The platform is designed to address a common administrative challenge for instructors who work independently. Bookings can arrive through online platforms, personal referrals and returning clients, making it difficult to keep track of schedules, payments and individual lesson arrangements. AlpineOffice provides instructors with a dedicated booking page where private clients can confirm lesson details, including meeting points, terms and conditions, cancellation policies and secure payment options.
Maison Sport says centralizing this information should reduce administrative work, limit booking confusion and help instructors spend more time teaching. The company also believes a more professional booking process can reduce abandoned bookings and improve the customer experience. “We recognized that independent instructors often receive bookings through multiple channels, making it difficult to manage their businesses efficiently,” said Nick Robinson, CEO and co-founder of Maison Sport. “We developed AlpineOffice to simplify this process and make life easier for instructors, both on and off the slopes.” Robinson said the platform would help instructors centralise client information and business data, reducing the time spent on administration and allowing them to focus on their lessons.
Maison Sport operates a booking platform connecting skiers and snowboarders with independent instructors across Europe. Its network includes more than 1,000 instructors in over 430 resorts, according to the company.

The launch of AlpineOffice represents an expansion of that business, giving Maison Sport a role in helping instructors manage their operations beyond the lessons booked through its own marketplace.
The software is now live and available in five European languages. While access is initially restricted to Maison Sport instructors, the company says it intends to extend the platform to independent instructors across Europe. “We are always looking for new ways to support independent instructors and the important role they play in the snowsports industry,” Robinson said. “AlpineOffice is another step in our ongoing commitment to helping independent instructors succeed.”
