You may have heard that there’s a big, shiny new The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake headed to Nintendo Switch 2 this week. In accordance, Google has decided to celebrate with the rest of us.

As spotted by various folks on social media who were surely just looking for information about the remake, which launches on Nov. 5, typing “Ocarina of Time” into Google’s search bar produces a fun new Easter egg. Specifically, the franchise’s iconic Master Sword weapon appears in the corner of the screen above its pedestal. Clicking the sword places it in the pedestal, which transports the user back to a version of the Google search page that looks as it would have in 1998, the year the game originally came out.

For reference, if this remake will be your first time playing Ocarina, the game is split between two time periods set seven years apart, and placing the Master Sword back on its pedestal is how players travel back to the past. 28 years is obviously a lot more than seven, but it’s still a fun trick.
