Ms. Rachel is working with a fellow child content creator to figure out trademark issues over ‘Herbie’ — her puppet sidekick — which will ultimately allow them both to use the name in their work, TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained docs filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office showing Ms. Rachel’s company, Songs For Little LLC, filed a petition over creator Sherrika Myers‘ trademark for Herbie.
