I’ve been on ATK for three years. With the spacers in, it skis close to a resort binding, with a smooth, elastic feel I love. I’ve been getting around 100 days per year on these babies.

Why ATK
ATK didn’t start as a ski company. Giovanni and Guerrina Indulti ran GIMEC, a precision CNC machine shop in Fiorano Modenese, Italy. Somebody asked them to improve an old touring binding. They did, and in 2007 that turned into ATK.
Two years later, they won a World Championship with the Race-NX. Their son Davide pushed the company out of pure racing and into touring and freeride, which is where the Freeraider lives.
In 2025 they moved into a new facility in Maranello, 9,000 square meters of production running 40 CNC machines. That’s the same town Ferrari builds cars in, which tells you something about the machining culture these bindings come out of.
Their whole philosophy is one line: performing through lightness. You feel it the first time you pick a pair up.
