In collaboration with Florida-based streetwear boutique Fresh Rags, adidas turned its Handball Spezial into a wearable ode to one of the strangest snacks south of the Mason-Dixon.

It’s not just a cool sneaker based on a quirky snack; it’s a love letter to the Sunshine State and the culture that fostered Fresh Rags’ creation. The brown upper represents the toasted hue obtained by a bag of properly stewed peanuts, while the heel reflects the rough, veined outer of a peanut shell.
