The launch soundtrack for NBA 2K27 has been confirmed, featuring tracks from EsDeeKid, Sombr, A$AP Rocky and more.

The latest entry in the long-running basketball game is set to release September 4 for Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC, though players who pre-order the Deluxe or Ultimate editions can access NBA 2K27 from August 28.

Next week, game developers 2K are set to host a bumper presentation that will break down NBA 2K27’s gameplay mechanics, new innovations and features. You can tune in to the Preseason show here at 6pm next Tuesday (August 18). Before that though, the launch soundtrack for NBA 2K27 has been revealed.

“NBA 2K27 features an energizing playlist that captures that rhythm, fueling your path to greatness and keeping your game locked in 24/7. This year’s soundtrack bridges generations, blending both timeless classics and today’s hits from artists like Don Toliver, T.I., Bad Bunny, Kehlani, and Snoop Dogg,” reads a press release.

Each new season of the game will feature a refreshed take on the soundtrack, with songs chosen by basketball players, musicians and producers who “know the culture inside and out.” Season one will celebrate the golden age of East Coast hip-hop and R&B “showcasing legendary tracks from Mos Def, Mary J. Blige, A Tribe Called Quest and more.”
