Tour de France Femmes stage 9:

  • Sunday, August 9, 2026
  • Nice – Nice
  • 99.2km / 2,100m+

The 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift will finish with a corn-popping thriller on Sunday.

Stage 9 on the sparkling Côte d’Azur is designed for pure drama, and the GC is so tightly poised it’s bonkers.

Demi Vollering leads Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney by just 8 seconds after a wild final to Saturday’s 8th stage. Marlen Reusser lurks just another minute back.

The yellow jersey could easily change shoulders in a spicy four-loop circuit of the infamous Col d’Eze.

And don’t be fooled by the overview stats of the Eze. Six kilometers at 7.6 percent doesn’t tell the true story.

Nice’s favorite summit is an awkward multi-ramp effort with more than a kilometer at 12 percent gradient. It advantages the pure climbers and puncheurs over the diesel-engined GC specialists in the bunch.

In fact, the entire circuit that’s been designed for stage 9 is tricky. There are fast switchbacks, narrow city streets, and plenty of road furniture in the 23km loop.

This will be three hours of must-watch bike racing.

The fifth yellow jersey in the history of the Tour de France Femmes could come down to a finish-line sprint.

Start Time: 16:05 CET
Estimated Finish Time: 18:51 CET
