They launched the group with the track ‘Assignment’ earlier this year, and dropped an EP titled ‘EP1’. The duo have since released a captivating cover of This Is Lorelei’s ‘Perfect Hand’.

Arriving today (Friday June 26), Power Snatch’s pair of new tunes both feature Cortes Island-raised artist Tiberius b.

I need training like an animal/Am I worth it, am I lovable?” Williams repeats in the hypnotic chorus of the former, atop a filthy, bass-heavy instrumental. She later sings: “Stockholm baby, never set me free/ I fell into your cage, and now I’m sucking on your teeth.”

‘Great’, meanwhile, leans into a more glitchy, electronic-tinged sound. “Talking in a riddle, will I get to the point?” the singer asks. “If the answer to the question is a question – oh boy!

Williams and James had already shared a snippet of an unreleased track as far back as summer 2025. Their ‘EP1’ cut ‘DMs’ also made its way onto Bandcamp before the collection officially arrived.

Last October, Williams told Rolling Stone that she wanted to “be in 100 bands before I die”, because she felt like that was “the speed I work best in”.

Around the same time, the singer spoke to Kerrang! about why she wasn’t itching to start work on the follow-up to Paramore’s 2023 album ‘This Is Why’ just yet, adding that she was more focused on writing outside of the band first.

Williams is currently out on the UK and European leg of her 2026 solo world tour, after wrapping up a run of North American shows last month. She played a pair of concerts at London’s Roundhouse last week, ahead of a two-night billing at Manchester Academy.

In a glowing, five-star review of the second Manchester gig, NME wrote: “Swapping the arenas she’s typically used to for much smaller venues, Williams puts community and connection front and centre.”

Williams recently announced a new 2026 tour for North America and Latin America, where she’ll treat fans to some “exciting surprises”. Find any remaining tickets here.

Reflecting on the first leg of her debut solo tour, Williams said it had “turned [her] back into a night owl” and “teenaged dreamer”.
