SARAH PIDGEON TAKES A BITE OUT OF THE BIG APPLE IN BALENCIAGA
Burberry and Gucci are in sport mode, Maria Grazia Chiuri’s first Cruise collection for FENDI has landed, Ace & Tate is making sure you don’t miss out on eye contact this summer, and more fashion news to have on your radar this week.

If you haven’t been living under a rock, chances are you too swooned over Sarah Pidgeon (and her perfect blonde locks) this spring, as Carolyn Bessette in Ryan Murphy’s Love Story, a fictional take on her relationship with JFK Jr. set against New York’s most iconic backdrops. The portrayal was passionate, electric, explosive, and marked Pidgeon’s big industry breakthrough. And as fans begin to speculate about what comes next for the actor, we can’t help but wonder: wouldn’t she be the perfect protagonist for a Celine Song film?
Well, Pierpaolo Piccioli’s Balenciaga certainly seems to think so. Marking their first-ever creative collaboration, Pidgeon and Song take on the Big Apple with the Creative Director for the House’s Fall 2026 campaign, A New York Minute: Keep Rolling. Appearing across three films, each exactly 60 seconds long and shot entirely in Manhattan, the campaign highlights Balenciaga’s signature bags as its poster girl finds herself lost within the city’s unmistakable rhythm.

To accompany the visuals, Piccioli has also launched Balenciaga’s new burner Instagram account, @keeppprolling, where exclusive behind-the-scenes content will live. We’re already following, of course.

An easy win.
