As if Tyler, the Creator’s double-headed biller wasn’t good enough already, All Points East finish off the two-day bonanza with a handful of the best rising artists on the planet. 

With risk of sounding like a broken record, All Points East is really doing it differently this summer. A plethora of star-studded events to close out the summer in everyone’s favourite tinnies spot in East London, Victoria Park (sorry, London Fields), most culture or music-centric Metropolises are either attending or wanting to attend at least one of these day festivals. 

The pièce de résistance of it all has to be the Tyler, the Creator double-header on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Taking place on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th August, the dual headline performances from the creative visionary will be accompanied by a whole stratosphere of talent – from Turnstile to Jim Legxacy, Dijon to Samara Cyn, Mariah the Scientist to Fakemink. 

But APE aren’t finished there. They’ve just announced a wide range of new artists joining the bill across the two dates. We’re talking a who’s who of who’s next up: Spanish rapper BB Trickz, Irish folk gem Dove Ellis, UK underground rap favourite Ledbyher, genre-defier Liim, polymathic presence Montell Fish… the list goes on. 

Across the two days, it’s hard to think of a more varied, vivacious collection of musical talent. Wondering which day to pick? Put some deep thought into it. Or even better, do both?
