Bespoked Show is a celebration of what frame builders can achieve outwith corporate constraints, where designs that might be laughed out the door for their lack of mass market attraction are instead appreciated for the small niche into which they fit perfectly. Not everyone wants to part with their money for a belt-driven gravel bike with clearance for 27.5″ x 1.9″ tires, a rim brake equipped steel track bike, or a gravel bike with a 32″ front wheel and a 27.5″ rear, but there are enough pure frothers out there to make these pursuits worthwhile.

These are the ones that caught the attention of Pinkbike’s tech editor – me. You can find my coverage of the show’s mountain bikes here, as well as coverage of the Apocalypse Bike Builds, featuring double decker cargo bikes, a Cannonsnail, and other two-wheeled affairs bedecked in impedimenta such as Nerf guns, blow torches, and questionable coffee-making facilities.

condor clerkenwheels collaboration charity auction bike bespoked 2026 london
Condor Cycles exhibited a special Italia RC, its aluminum race frame. The finish is a collab with a furniture company, of all things. Porto Romano is the name of that furniture company, and in partnership with Condor, the team is raising money for a Charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged children, United in Design, by raffling off this very bike. You can join here.

Condor also showed its Acciao steel race frame. The brand has been making this model for 15 years. This latest edition has a fully integrated one-piece bar and stem and is finished in lazer blue.
bespoked show 2026 london peckham no-ni
Kev Pollock of NO-NI Cycles in Glasgow showed a prototype gravel bike made using a combination of Columbus XCr, Reynolds 931 steel tubing and 3D printed 15-5ph stainless steel. He has spent the last 9 months in CAD and experimenting with the technique Selective Laser Melting, learning how different tube shapes and wall thicknesses impact strength and ride quality — particularly at the chainstays. The stay on this test bike is as thin as 0.6 mm across a 15 cm central portion, increasing to just 0.9 mm at the BB cluster and drop outs.

Chris Yeomans was showing off the TJ Cycles Flying Gate. As well as the frame itself, he makes most of the small parts in house, including that ornate stem.
bespoked show london cotic escapade 2026
Cotic showed up with the new Jeht trail bikes as well as the new Escapade – a sixth generation gravel bike. It has a Reynolds 853 front triangle, and it’s made in Scotland by Five Land Bikes. Updates for this latest version include a proportional fit geometry, clearance for 700c x 50 mm tires, a new steel fork and UDH compatibility for T-Type drivetrains.
pashley mullet 32 29 gravel bike bespoked show 2026
Pashley showed its new 32″ / 29″ mixed-wheel gravel bike for the very first time. The Wildfinder Mullet is said to be the kind of bike one might choose if setting out to post the FKT on the FKT on Traws Eryri or the King Alfred Way. It has a Reynolds 853 steel tubeset, a 3D printed seat lug, dropouts and half chainstay yoke. It is TIG welded with silver soldered lugs with brazed elements.

The Schwalbe stand was home to a gorgeous Jaegher Typhoon FLX fitted with the tire brand’s G-ONE Overland Pro tires. The bike is stainless steel, built up with a Cane Creek Invert fork at 40 mm travel and Cane Creek eeWings titanium crankset. Clearance is tight.
bespoked show london 2026 clandestine tandem
Pi Manson from Clandestine Cycles showed this fabulous steel tandem complete with lovely backswept bars from Japanese manufacturer, Nitto. He implements a steering lock on the fork — a simple pin that locks the headtube to the crown. It’s a neat security feature.
bespoked 2026 london track bike rim brakes
Singular Cycles, from the Chiltern Hills, brought along a steel, rim-braked track bike where both brakes feed into the front v-brake caliper.
It can accommodate a rear caliper, but it isn’t really meant to.
bespoked london 2026 deep cycles modified old frame upcycled
Gabriel Suarez Martinez runs Deep Cycles in Bethesda, North Wales. He specializes in breathing new life into old steel frames. This one he has modified at the head tube to extend the reach and effective top tube length — he doesn’t like long stems.

Stanforth showed the Toro gravel bike, driven by a Gates Belt Drive and a 14-speed Rohloff hub. It has clearance for 27.5″ x 1.9″ tires.
