The spectacular scenery of the Italian Dolomites is shown off to stunning effect in the latest instalment of Pray For Speed, the fan-favorite documentaries created by cyclist and filmmaker Safa Brian.
Famed for its natural beauty and also from decades of stunning, stirring action in the Giro d’Italia, the Dolomite mountain range is one of the most spectacular on earth.
This terrain is illustrated to fine effect by the film, which Brian describes as channelling ‘the raw energy of surf and skate culture by ditching formal competition in favor of the “video part” tradition.’
The creators state that the shift ‘prioritizes pure athleticism, style, and the adrenaline of the descent, all driven by a curated soundtrack of Safa’s personal favorites.’
Those are big claims but anyone who viewed the earlier trailer will realise they are in for a treat.
Often filmed very early in the morning to ensure empty roads and therefore spectacular descending, the Pray For Speed production is visually stunning and well worth a watch.
