As revealed Wednesday (April 15), the project will drop on Aug. 14 via HYBE x Geffen Records. According to its countdown page on Spotify, it’ll feature five tracks, including “Pinky Up.”

The EP’s cover art has not yet been revealed. On Instagram, members Daniela, Lara, Megan, Sophia and Yoonchae celebrated the announcement by sharing a cute video of themselves backstage at Coachella. “They don’t know we’re about to announce our new EP, Wild,” they say in unison before the camera cuts to their mind-boggling crowd of thousands at the festival over the weekend.

The new set will mark KATSEYE’s first EP since last year’s Beautiful Chaos, which reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and features Billboard Hot 100 hits “Gnarly” and “Gabriela.” It’ll also be the group’s first multitrack project since HYBE announced that member Manon would be taking a hiatus to “focus on her health and well-being.” When the “Pinky Up” music video dropped on April 9, Manon was absent from the visual.

After making their Coachella debut on April 10, the other five members are set to return to the desert for weekend two on April 17. In an interview with Zane Lowe ahead of the first festival performance, Sophia said, “Manon has been on hiatus, and we love her so much, and we know that she’s doing well … we’ve gone through so much with each other.”

“I think we also want to say she’s our sister forever,” added Lara at the time. “We love her so much, and we built this together. So we just want to give her all the space and love she needs right now.”
