WONDERLIST
KATSEYE put their “PINKY UP”, Bleachers continue to hype up their latest album, and Wesley Joseph and Jorja Smith collaborate again: it’s Wonderlist.

KATSEYE – “PINKY UP”
It’s a “PINKY UP” summer for KATSEYE ahead of their debut at Coachella. The punchy, bassy anthem is all flashing lights, glitter streamers and a whole lot of feist and attitude. Over hard-hitting percussion and slick synths, the track reminds listeners that KATSEYE always bite back. Music is their playground – a balanced mix of chaos, charm and main-character energy – and with this track, all they want is to live life, and live it fully.
Bleachers – “The Van”
Fronted by Grammy-winning producer Jack Antonoff, Bleachers return with their new single “The Van,” a personal and earnest track set to appear on their upcoming fifth studio album Everyone for Ten Minutes, arriving later in May, and builds anticipation ahead of their North American, UK, and EU tour.
Wesley Joseph ft. Jorja Smith – “July”
Visionary polymath Wesley Joseph takes his unique blend of avant-garde R&B and transcendent hip hop to sensational heights on his immersive and imitable debut full-length, Forever Ends Someday. Lead single “July” is a subtle, emotional mid-album standout, featuring Joseph’s friend and regular collaborator, Jorja Smith.
Skye Newman – “Woman I Am”
This one’s for the girls. In this beautiful ode to the women in her life, the British singer-songwriter sings about the north stars that helped her become the “Woman I Am.” A sonic switch-up from what we’re used to, Skye’s husky tone rests on a gentle ballad-like melody.
Anyma x Lisa – “BAD ANGEL”
Ahead of his Coachella main stage headline set this Friday, electronic music artist ANYMA drops the EDM single “Bad Angel” in collaboration with BLACKPINK’s star Lisa, a track clearly built for festival stages and packed dance floors. In the accompanying video created by the Italian artist, Lisa transforms into a hyper-real digital angel. If you’re lucky enough to experience this live at Coachella this weekend… I’m seriously jealous, will she show up during his set for a surprise cameo?
American Football ft. Brendan Yates – “No Feeling”
Ahead of their long-awaited fourth studio album dropping on 1st May, legendary Midwest emo band American Football are back with a mesmerising new single, “No Feeling”. The kind of cut that envelopes you in its cinema, the band sounds as sincere, sorrowful and intentional as ever. Oh, and the track features the one and only Brendan Yates, front pillar of Turnstile.
Pozer ft. AJ Tracey – “Hulk Hogan”
If you’re a UK rap leaks connoisseur, then you would have known about Pozer’s track record “Hulk Hogan” that’s been circulating online for the past two years. Well, the South Norwood rapper has finally blessed us this week with the official release of the track featuring Grime juggernaut AJ Tracey. With a sound inspired by UKG, we get a perfect trilogy of braggadocios bars, pitched-up vocal chops and choppy hi-hats for an anthem that we’ve all been dearly waiting for.
Mae Muller – “Tell You That”
This one’s a spiral – but make it pop. On “Tell You That”, Mae leans into the chaos with a hyperpop-tinged anthem packed with big hooks, bigger feelings and a wink of self-reflection. Nostalgic musical nods to Y2K and the 2010s British pop swirl through the track, in a way that feels static, modern and completely her own. Turning the lens inward, she ditches perfection for brutal honesty. It’s a self-drag meets lover call-out, delivered with bite.
KhakiKid ft. Kojaque – “Rude”
In the lead up to his upcoming EP “Girl Bites Dog”, it’s an all Irish affair for KhakiKid’s latest track “Rude”, with a feature from Kojaque and additional vocals from Kean Kavanagh. The feel-good jam is infectious, with woozy, whimsical production and happy-go-lucky performances all around that make for the perfect soundtrack to this banging weather.
maehem99 – “I Can’t Be Your Guy”
Irish-South African artist and former fashion model maehem99 just released his new single “I Can’t Be Your Guy”, as part of his EP Sexual Commerce. With a voice that feels almost celestial and a dark, hedonistic, and club-ready production reminiscent of FKA Twigs, early Grimes, and Arca, and a visual world to match that energy.
Midrift – “over anything”
Brimming with the kind of teenage angst that makes you want to slam your bedroom door because your mum is annoying you, “over anything” is a slick slice of nostalgia. The latest from rising San Francisco trio Midrift, the waves of guitars, crashing percussion and turmoil-fuelled vocals amalgamate a classy early cut from a band who will share their debut album Silhouette on 5th June.
Nell Mescal – “Kissing The Ground”
The spotlight’s getting brighter for singer-songwriter Nell Mescal. On “Kissing The Ground”, she trades something soft for something cinematic, lingering on the darker side of the indie-pop space she’s dominating. Packed to the lyrical brim with raw, heart-wrenching honesty, this story spills off those journal pages. Layer harp-like plucking, airy harmonies and percussion that almost pitter-patters, this one hums long after the last note.
Harmony Tividad – “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You”
LA’s coolest songwriter Harmony Tividad, formerly of Girlpool, announces her new album Lifetime with the release of “I Am Still Learning How to Leave You.” Recorded at the iconic Sunset Sound in Los Angeles, the track delivers a kind of Hollywood heartbreak for a new generation. The accompanying video, filmed at Salvation Mountain and directed by Hannah De Vries, completes the picture.
Lip Critic – “Talon”
With their penultimate preview to their new album, Theft World, New York’s Lip Critic drops “Talon”, an abrasive single that really embodies the grit of the concrete jungle. It feels unstable, rough around the edges and, paired with the vocals, feels like the type of song that would soundtrack a revolution.
Ava Joe – “Lost In The Woods”
Brit School alumna Ava Joe wants you to have fun while you can and live fully in the moment, and insists on it with her new track “Lost in the Woods.” Leaning into a lighter, more instinctive songwriting style, the track marks a shift in tone as part of her new EP “Big Beautiful Mess”. A departure from the darker edges of her previous projects, this one feels freer and much brighter.
Debbie ft. Victor Ray – “House of Cards”
South London’s very own Debbie is laying it all out on “House of Cards.” Linking up with Victor Ray for a stripped-back duet that leans right into the slow burn of love. It’s vulnerable and refreshing, with an amber-striped sunset painting the horizon in the visualiser. Their voices waltz in tender tandem, with delicate lyrics and featherlight production; on this track, they beautifully trace the beginnings of a love that’s yet to find its feet.
Turno, Tiggs Da Author, Beenie Man & Idris Elba – “Rise Again”
We’re getting a real collision of worlds with NQ’s latest song, enlisting DnB heavyweight Turno, Tanzanian-born artist Tiggs Da Author, dancehall legend Beanie Man and actor-turned-DJ Idris Elba on the latest single “Rise Again”. Blending genres in a way that feels unexpected yet complete, we get a real mix bag from Reggae influences to bumping drum ’n’ bass to even good ol’ dance music.
Mix’Elle & BRAVA – “Rage Days”
Portuguese DJ and producer Mix’Elle links up with Spanish-born, London-based producer, MC and DJ BRAVA for a track that perfectly captures the chaos of a bad day in London, and the magic of making it through. With relatable lyrics about surviving the city grind as a creative, it all lands on one simple truth: everything feels worth it when you end up at the rave with your friends. The accompanying video matches that energy, maximalist, and seriously fun. And trust me… don’t miss Brava live, it’s a whole different level.
AMBRR – “perfect”
One of the UK’s most exciting alt-dance pop DJ-producers right now, AMBRR, serves up two scintillating new cuts inspired by Detroit booty-bounce club sounds. Skippy percussion and glitchy vocals introduce the club-focussed “perfect”, before the track breaks into a more layered instrumentation. On the flip, “ICE COLD” arrives as a moodier, more atmospheric sound, with AMBRR’s lyrics turning more personal as the artist taps into deeper territory.
Preston Pablo – “Selfish”
Preston Pablo struts right onto “Selfish”. This one will have you locked in from the jump with its almost-acapella intro. As those spiralling synths bubble under his smooth vocals, and the clicks chime in, the rest is pop-meets-funky-groove bliss. It’s cool, calm and a little cocky.
Leroy Clampitt – “Easy Daisy”
Off the back of his debut single “I’m Going To Die”, New Zealand artist Leroy Clampitt doubles down with “Easy Daisy”. A sun-kissed tune reminiscent of the song’s artwork, “Easy Daisy” gives us a dreamy, hazy take on soft disco as he reflects on love he feels he might not be able to hold on to.
Jon Onabowu – “When The Light Finds Us”
On “When The Light Finds Us”, Jon Onabowu glows. Tapping into that rare feeling where everything just…clicks, this sax-laced tune is bright, breezy and wonderfully euphoric. With shimmering synths and a groove that nods to ’80s Brit-funk, the track balances feel-good ease with jazz-rooted finesse. As it unfolds through fluid key changes and warm, wandering melodies, there’s an alluring tug that you can’t help but boogie to.
Riz Ahmed ft. Casisdead & Manni Dee – “We Good?”
In case you weren’t aware, actor Riz Ahmed is also an artist and he’s created an album inspired by his latest show on Prime Video, Bait. “We Good?” with British rapper Casisdead and producer Manni Dee, sees Ahmed talk about his inner struggles from ambition and the aftermath of hard choices as he lets out his frustrations with hard-hitting vocals, contrasted by Casisdead’s laid-back approach.
kissin teef – “luv takes over”
Captured at their 30th birthday party with PATRÓN Tequila, musician, model and poet kissin teef unveils a live exclusive look into their new music. Sharing a preview of forthcoming cut “luv takes over”, the polymath’s intelligible word play and deft vocal presence make us leave the video wanting more – and an invite to next year’s party.
MLizzy – “100”
Hot on the heels of a breakout 2025, the rapidly rising South London native MLizzy continues to fly the flag for contemporary UK drill with a new record that ventures deeper into the realities of road life and success. A groove-driven production sets the tone through slower yet effective percussive elements, light piano keys and synth lines, laying the perfect foundation for MLizzy’s intricate bars and trademark ad-libs to glide across. Landing as his second release of the year, “100” is set to further cement MLizzy as the voice of a new generation.
