Thundercat is anything but Distracted, Ravyn Lenae and Dominic Fike build their “Reputation”, and Wasia Project hint at a bold new direction: it’s an Easter special Wonderlist!

Wonderlist

Thundercat ft. A$AP Rocky – “Funny Friends”

Master technician and emblem of cool Thundercat has blessed us with his fifth album, Distracted, his first full-length in six years. The record is a stunning oeuvre with top-tier features, not least a slick, serotonin-filled contribution from A$AP Rocky on the colourful and compelling psych-funk cut, “Funny Friends”.

Ravyn Lenae ft. Dominic Fike – “Reputation”

One of the most exciting artists in the pop sphere right now, the incandescence of Ravyn Lenae grows bountifully with the release of a double-sided single. The lead, “Reputation”, is a sincere and bittersweet romantic acoustic ballad with the one and only Dominic Fike. An undeniable and sonically giving hit.

Wasia Project – “2515”

Wasia Project found a huge following with their beautiful, melancholic and irresistible strand of alt pop in the early 2020s. The sibling duo are now taking a bold new step – and reshifting their sonic focus completely. The first teaser into this new era is “2515”, an ambient, progressive electro-pop tune with spellbinding vocals and intoxicating texture. Something special is brewing.

Omah Lay – “I Am”

Afro-fusion frontrunner Omah Lay is back with an introspective, emotionally-enveloping new album, Clarity Of Mind, a sprawling look inward with a plethora of musical highs throughout the tracklist. Few more so than “I Am”, the work’s lead single, a cinematic and wistful slow jam with striking instrumental choices and a powerhouse vocal showing.

corto.alto ft. Mick Jenkins – “WHODIS”

Multi-instrumentalist and producer corto.alto starts his rollout for 2026 with his latest track “WHODIS”. Featuring rapper Mick Jenkins, the producer provides the perfect platform for the Chicago native to bob and weave on the hip-hop-heavy beat. With their US tour still underway, it’s clear to see that this will definitely be a crowd-pleaser for the remaining dates.

Chanpan – “buzzin”

Chanpan’s new song has got Wonderland HQ “buzzin”. There’s such vitality in this slick and surprising single from the NYC trio. Proceeded by a COLORS show, the track is ethereal yet brimming with energy, vocally characterful, rhythmically varied, with a hell of a hook. We’ve got both eyes on these lot.

Max Cooper – “Ebb & Flow”

Genre-defining electronic pioneer and enduring polymath Max Cooper continues to lead from the front with an incredible new release in “Ebb & Flow”. The look at his newly announced studio album, Feeling Is Structure, out 8th May, on the new release Cooper offers encompassing experimentation and textural delicacy, accompanied as ever by stunning visuals.

1000 Rabbits – “Rubik’s Cube”

New kids on the indie block 1000 Rabbits follow up last month’s debut single, “Virgin’s Soil”, with an equally mind-blowing sophomore cut “, Rubik’s Cube”. Sounding almost as if Black Country, New Road, and Jockstrap found a middle ground, the single is idiosyncratic, intricate, and features one of the best vocal performances you’ll have heard this year.

Unknown T ft. AJ Tracey – “HEAR DAT STYL”

As much of UK drill dissolves into banality, Unknown T stands strong, as creative and dominant as ever. With the latest cut ”HEAR DAT STYL” – plucked from a forthcoming project – T enlists fellow spitter and west London general AJ Tracey for an atmospheric amalgamation of grime and drill, with both artists showing up and showing out.

Malix x p-rallel – “The Touch”

South London touches West London with this new pulser, “The Touch”, from sisters Sana and Sehrish of Malix and Elevation Meditation alum p-rallel. On this track, they capture the tension on the dancefloor – when “you know you should leave but the music keeps you there longer”. And they’re right. The beat is infectious, destined for the funky side step, but sultry enough for a late-night lingering, with cheeky vocal quips sprinkled on top.

Worldpeace DMT – “Love Yourself”

London-based avant-garde duo Worldpeace DMT share their deliciously weird new single and music video, “Love Yourself”. The video in itself is a complete trip – and downright hilarious – while the music itself has an endearing slacker rock vibrance that’s undeniable.

K-Trap ft. G Herbo – “Change”

UK rap favourite K-Trap is back with a fresh single, leaning further away from his drill core with a slick trap rap banger. Enlisting Chicago’s finest G Herbo, this new one is slickly produced and sharply delivered.

Magi Merlin – “Spicekick”

Off-kilter yet delightfully danceable, the latest sonic spectacle from Magi Merlin is damn good fun. Vocally chameleonic with groovy rhythms and hazy synths, “Spicekick” is the second look at her forthcoming debut full-length project, and shows the tapestry of talent she obtains.

Sekou – “Dangerous Lover”

One of the UK’s most exciting young musicians is back and playing the role of a “Dangerous Lover” with his new single. Following a great start to the year – MOBO nominations, duets with Sam Smith, and pop-up shows with Wonderland Autumn ’25 cover star Kevin Abstract – he’s not backing down from the momentum. With this synth-driven track, Sekou leans even further into his R&B influences, sliding in a splash of disco-fusion. It’s fun, it’s bouncy, and maybe a tad dangerous – especially for those who love the dancefloor.

Silver Gore – “Black Cherry Liqueur”

Silver Gore gives us a taste of their upcoming EP “Dogs In Heaven” with their latest single “Black Cherry Liquer”. A pop-heavy record, the duo questions the idea of trust and where you place that (or if you should have it at all), with some abrasive strings giving the song some grit as Ava Gore and Ethan P. Flynn shows off their lush vocals.

Friko – “Still Around”

Chicago-based band Friko are “Still Around” with the third single from their upcoming second studio album, Something Worth Waiting For. Layered deliciously with textured guitar, swirling percussion, and lyrics providing a great deal of optimism, the group pierces right to the core of existential dread with purposeful abandon: “There’s hope in every kill / Home in every hell / All is not a failure / You’re still around.”

Songer – “BONES”

With the underground sound all the rage right now, Songer brings some much-needed, old-school hip-hop back into the rap game. Flowing atop a jazz-infused, trumpet-blowing beat, the Reading-hailing rapper gets introspective about his roots and, of course, gives us his signature witty punchlines.

Thaiboy Digital & swedm® – “Euro Dollar Yen”

After dropping “Silk Road” just last month and dropping the accompanying Tokyo-located music video earlier this week, Thaiboy Digital and swedm® reunite for their latest single, “Euro Dollar Yen”. It’s yet another trance-y, addictive beat that raises BPMs and your heart rate, with a song that’s tailor-made for the dance floor or just dancing in your room like no one’s watching.

RJtheWeirdo – “At Least She’s Beautiful”

RJtheWeirdo is tugging on those heartstrings with his gentle new single “At Least She’s Beautiful”. It rests somewhere in the slow and upbeat, a casual declaration of desire and a subtle, sultry way to express one’s yearning. Dipping in and out of a twinkling falsetto, the track is romantic and whimsical, but slightly confronting.

Kidwild – “Survival”

Hailing from East London, rapper Kidwild is ready for combat with “Survival”. This track is bumping with grit, determination, and conviction. With clever lyrics rhymed over with sweeping orchestral drill production, a touch of eeriness in the background with reworked vocal samples, it’s slightly haunting but powerful and relentless.

Girlsweetvoiced – “Tonight”

After getting the signature of approval from none other than Joni Mitchell herself to sample her song “California” and a committed TikTok campaign with listeners pleading with her to release “Tonight”, literally, Girlsweetvoiced did just that. Under a star-stencilled visualiser, the singer-songwriter took the beloved Joni jingle for a spin of her own, buttering the slowed-down melody with her gentle soprano voice, that’s like reading a love entry in a diary.

Johnny Venus – “I Want You Back”

GRAMMY-nominated artist Johnny Venus (best known as one half of award-winning eclectic hip-hop duo EARTHGANG) offers the first glimpse into his forthcoming debut album with new single “I Want You Back”. Produced by Dominique Sanders, with songwriting by Baby Tate and arrangement by Johnny himself, “I Want You Back” finds the US talent leaning into the vulnerability and emotional honesty that define this new era of his artistry, exploring love, reflection and growth via his signature blend of soul, R&B and funk.

Nightmares On Wax x Adrian Sherwood –  “Sweeter Still”

The release In A Space Outta Dub sees Adrian Sherwood and Nightmares On Wax collaborate for a special musical project. Lead single, ’Sweeter Still’ takes us down memory lane to remind us of tasteful music that perfectly translates in the modern day.

TAAHLIAH – “Starlight”

London imprint Mercury KX have announced a new project, Pioneers, a collaborative body of work designed to honour the women and gender-expansive artists who are unsung heroes in the electronic community. Side A of the album has been released, with TAAHLIAH’s “Starlight” proving a true standout moment.

Shaina Hayes – “Flourish”

Shaina Hayes is ready to bloom with “Flourish”. This new track from the Canadian folk-pop singer-songwriter is a soft meditation on love, growth and the inevitable beauty of becoming one with who you’re meant to be. Her husky tone laces a gentle drum-led melody with angelic vocal ooo’s glittering in the background. Inspired by Irish poet John O’Donohue’s book Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom, this is a love letter entirely.

wev – “GET W THIS”

Brooklyn party-starter wev is gearing up to release his debut album, OST, arriving on 29th May. We’ve now been blessed with a second look into the work, “GET W THIS”, a trippy bit of tuneage with snappy percussion, playful sampling and nostalgia-imbued timbre from the NY rave mainstay.

girli – “Squirm”

Rising pop gem girli’s new single ‘Squirm’ captures the electric chaos of an overwhelming crush. Driven by distorted indie-sleaze guitars and a propulsive dance floor beat, the track channels the sweaty, high-energy atmosphere that defines her forthcoming album, it’s just my opinion.

Louis Oliver – “What You Doing Now”

With a dab of danger and some sweeping husk, singer-songwriter Louis Oliver questions “What You Doing Now” on his new single. With some fast acoustic strumming alongside impassioned vocals and quick percussion that swing in between whisper and belter, we capture Louis at a crossroads, a tension, and here, he begs for an answer.
