Located in the heart of Alserkal Avenue, the 1,500-square-meter design prioritizes flexibility; modular fixtures and movable elements allow the environment to evolve dynamically to suit exhibitions, events, and shifting programs. This adaptable approach reflects the DIY ethos of skate culture while simultaneously fostering organic interaction between skaters and the wider community.
