What went down at the beabadoobee Dazed cover signing

Hundreds of young people queued (and skipped school) to meet the Dazed cover star and get her to sign a copy of our new spring 2026 issue

Last Thursday (March 12), hundreds of young people with brightly coloured hair queued (and skipped school) to meet Dazed cover star beabadoobee and get her to sign a copy of our new Spring 2026 issue at magCulture in London. “I travelled all the way here from Scotland”, one beabadoobee fan tells another fan they just met in the queue. “I’m going to ask her to draw a heart on my arm and get it tattooed on”, exclaims another. beabadoobee fans are hardcore, but many of them melted when they met their idol. They cried as they told the 25-year-old musician just how much they loved her, with beabadoobee honestly expressing the same sentiment.

In meeting our editor-in-chief, Ted Stansfield, the musician nervously admitted that being on the cover of Dazed has “always been a dream of hers.” It was truly the sweetest affair – and if you unfortunately missed the event, swipe through the gallery above to see what went down.
