Sony is also focusing on sound performance, incorporating 32-bit processing and a newly developed driver unit designed to improve clarity across low and high frequencies.

The earbuds support Hi-Res Audio Wireless, DSEE Extreme upscaling and feature customizable EQ controls via the Sony Sound Connect app. They also support LE Audio, a low-latency Bluetooth variant that makes them an viable option for gaming.
