It would appear that New Balance Basketball is rebranding its non-signature sneaker lines. Hot on the heels of the New Balance P400, an apparent successor to the brand’s Fresh Foam BB series, we’re now getting official images of another new model dubbed the New Balance P350, which looks to be the next evolution of the Hesi Low line.
The model first surfaced back in December when it was worn by Tyrese Maxey, a devout supporter of the Hesi Low v2 since the start of the 2024–25 season (though that’ll soon change now that he’s confirmed to receive a signature shoe). New Balance’s talking points feel familiar here, positioning the P350 as a guard-focused option built for quickness and change of direction. FuelCell once again handles cushioning duties, while the outsole blends multiple traction patterns for bite in different situations. Lateral stability is clearly a priority, highlighted by a denser FuelCell setup on the lateral side.
Mesh, suede, and synthetic materials make up the upper, though history tells us New Balance isn’t shy about experimenting with materials across its basketball lineup. This launch colorway also reads as a strong “Duke” option for alum and New Balance athlete Cooper Flagg, who has also leaned heavily on the Hesi Low v2 up to this point.
The New Balance P350 releases February 11th via the New Balance website for $120 USD. Check out official images below if you’re considering trying out a pair.
