What to Look for in Shapewear

• Style: The style of shapewear is important because it will determine what you can wear over it. “For dresses with a shorter hemline, the panty works best as you don’t risk the chance of your shapewear showing,” says Gabrielle Richards, Shapermint senior brand manager and body positivity expert. “For longer skirts or dresses, the shorts are ideal as it also helps with thigh chafing.
