As for removal, they come off seamlessly. Just be sure to close the cap on the liner; we found that the liner can dry out if it’s left open for too long, therefore making it unusable.

If you have larger eyes, consider yourself blessed—you’re spared from the annoyance of cutting and shaping faux lashes. These lashes from MoxieLash are on the larger side, so if you have long eyes, these are a great option to consider. Larger strips have the potential to be more irritating since they cover more area, but that’s not the case with these lashes. We liked how comfortable they felt once they adhered to the magnetic liner; we couldn’t feel the magnets at all, even when we blinked or moved our eyes around.

Though they have a cat-eye shape, they don’t look too fake and provide a touch of glam perfect for a party or special event. Just keep in mind that once they attach to the liner, they’re super strong. If you need to readjust, you may have to use a little extra effort.

This magnetic lash kit from Kiss ticks off all the boxes and then some. The smooth magnetic eyeliner is a dream to apply—it’s thick enough to have some hold, yet runny enough to manipulate. Best of all, it dries down in under two minutes. Once set, applying the lashes is a cinch—probably due to the fact that each lash strip has five super-strong magnets. It’s these magnets that make the lashes a great option for beginners since they make application a bit more precise (not to mention quicker).

The flexible lash strip also helped the lash conform to our eyelid shape without weighing them down. As for lash strength, they’re as tough as they come while feeling very light; we even forgot we were wearing them. Removing the lashes is a breeze, but just be aware that removing the liner is the toughest part. It comes off with some micellar water and a little elbow grease.

As the name suggests, these magnetic lashes require little to no trimming and shaping—they’re designed to just clip right in. We found that the eyeliner went on seamlessly, that the applicator was of the utmost quality, and the formula dried quickly. We also liked how the magnetic lashes won’t go anywhere on their own but can still be pulled off and adjusted as needed. The Velour lashes hold their shape and don’t droop down, just be sure you apply enough liner (a thick layer or two is ideal) so they stay on all day.

Glamnetic magnetic lashes bring the drama due to their fanned-out design. The magnets feel so secure that we never worried about them falling off at all—once they’re on, they’re on for good. Though the magnets themselves are pretty lightweight, the dense lashes do feel substantial on the eye, but not to the point where they’re uncomfortable. They do feel comfortable for extended periods of time, but you may want to apply a thick coat of the liner to ensure the lashes don’t detach. Best of all, they’re easy to remove and don’t catch on your natural lashes. These lashes don’t come with a magnetic liner of their own, you’ll have to purchase one separately to get these lashes to stick.
