Hailey Bieber Is Bringing Back Rhode’s Only Shimmer Blush
After much demand.

Would you rather be caught in a sprinkle or a downpour? That might seem like an obvious question, but the fact of the matter is I wouldn’t really care—as long as I had some Rhode Pocket Blush on hand to keep me looking less dreary than the weather.
On Friday, May 9, Hailey Bieber’s beauty brand is officially bringing back Pocket Blush in Sprinkle, a fan-favorite, warm, and slightly pearly shade that they’ve been saving for a rainy day (ie. after the rush of their berry lineup and the brand’s big weekend in Miami) to share with the general population.
Ahead, learn everything there is to know about the shade and the beloved product.

The Inspiration
You might recall the line was looooong for the Rhode pop-up in New York City last July. Sprinkle was an exclusive—and very popular—item, but not everyone was brave enough to stand in the heat for a pearly little blush of their own.

It’s very possible that those who didn’t hang out and grab the limited-edition shade have spent the last ten months in a state of constant longing, and I’m glad their pain is about to dissipate.
In an Instagram post, Rhode explained that the online release of the creamy, warm-pink shade was purely based on how much fans have been asking for it—another anecdote in my collection of “Hailey always delivers” stories.
The Formula
When she first tried Pocket Blush, Byrdie’s senior news editor Bella Cacciatore (a self-described “big blush girl”) called out its creamy, smooth formula. Made with peptides and tamanu oil, it’s long-wearing, hydrating, and so simple to use.

“The standards I set for the blush were: the color had to last long and the experience applying it had to be pleasant,” Bieber told Byrdie before the launch. “I really wanted the texture and the the way it melted into the skin to be pleasant. Sometimes, I find blushes can [look] patchy, or they have drag, or they’re not easy to apply. I knew I wanted it to be a cream blush in a portable, on-the-go situation, and, I really wanted it to give you that skin-like flush, second skin, beautiful, dewy-glowy finish.”
Give me that Sprinkle, Rhode. I definitely have blush blindness and will happily flood my face with those pigments.
Sprinkle is available starting 5/9 at 12PM EST. You can join the waitlist here.
