De\u0219i armele p\u0103reau introduse \u00een teac\u0103 de ceva vreme, totu\u0219i lupta dintre cei doi, declan\u0219at\u0103 pe toate planurile, continu\u0103 zi de zi, inclusiv \u00een interiorul PSD, unde ambii de\u021bin pozi\u021bii de frunte, Toma fiind pre\u0219edintele Organiza\u021biei Municipale Buz\u0103u a social democra\u021bilor, iar Neagu ocup\u00e2nd func\u021bia de pre\u0219edinte executiv al Organiza\u021biei Jude\u021bene PSD.<\/p>\n<p>Ultima b\u0103t\u0103lie s-a dat pentru pre\u0219edin\u021bia Asocia\u021biei de Dezvoltare Intercomunitar\u0103 \u2013 ADI Buz\u0103u 2008.<\/p>\n<p> Luni, la orele pr\u00e2nzului, \u00een cadrul Adun\u0103rii Generale a Organiza\u021biei, primarul Constantin Toma i-a luat locul, \u00een calitate de pre\u0219edinte, \u0219efului CJ, Emanoil Neagu. A fost nevoie, \u00eens\u0103, de dou\u0103 \u0219edin\u021be de vot \u00eentruc\u00e2t la prima nu a fost cvorumul necesar, adic\u0103 jum\u0103tate plus unu dintre cei 45 de membri ai Adun\u0103rii Generale. La \u201ea doua strigare\u201d, care a avut loc peste doar c\u00e2teva minute, cvorumul a fost \u00eentrunit, Toma a fost singurul candidat, fiind votat, normal, \u00een calitate de pre\u0219edinte. De asemenea, \u00een ADI 2008 au fost primi\u021bi noi membri \u0219i s-a modificat \u0219i structura Consiliului Director al asocia\u021biei, ambele entit\u0103\u021bi fiind acum controlate de c\u0103tre primarul Toma.
