O spune raspicat  Uniunea Nationala a Notarilor Publici din Romania intr-un comunicat remis Lumea Justitiei miercuri, 3 august 2022, in care subliniaza ca in nod eronat s-a apreciat public ca &#8220;grilele notariale&#8221; sunt intocmite de notari, aceasta sarcina revenind conform legii evaluatorilor autorizati. <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><b><span><span>Astfel, conform Ordonantei nr.16\/15 iulie 2022 pentru modificarea si completarea Legii nr.227\/2015 privind Codul Fiscal, valoarea impozabila a cladirilor si terenurilor acoperite de acestea va fi preluata din Studiile de Piata referitoare la valorile orientative privind proprietatile imobiliare din Romania, studii de piata pe care le realizeaza evaluatorii autorizati, la solicitarea Camerelor notarilor publici.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/>Notarii, la randul lor, conform  art. 111 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 227\/2015 privind Codul fiscal le revine obligatia de a actualizeaza cel putin o data pe an studiile de piata intocmite de experti evaluatori autorizati in conditiile legii&#8221;. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><b>Publicam in continuare comunicatul UNNPR din data de 3 august 2022: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>&#8220;Notarii publici nu au competente in stabilirea valorii impozabile a cladirilor si terenurilor acoperite de acestea<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>Venind in intampinarea interesului crescut al publicului larg si al mass-media referitor la noua modalitate privind stabilirea valorii impozabile a cladirilor si terenurilor acoperite de acestea si urmarind, totodata, respectarea acuratetei informatiilor vehiculate in spatiul public, Uniunea Nationala a Notarilor Publici din Romania face urmatoarele precizari:<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>Notarii \tpublici nu au nicio competenta in ceea ce priveste determinarea \tvalorii impozabile a cladirilor si terenurilor acoperite de acestea. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>Conform \tOrdonantei nr.16\/15 iulie 2022 pentru modificarea si completarea \tLegii nr.227\/2015 privind Codul Fiscal, abrogarea unor acte \tnormative si alte masuri financiar-fiscale, emisa de Guvernul \tRomaniei si publicata in Monitorul Oficial nr.716\/15 iulie 2022, \tvaloarea impozabila a cladirilor si terenurilor acoperite de acestea \tva fi preluata din Studiile de Piata referitoare la valorile \torientative privind proprietatile imobiliare din Romania. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>In mod eronat, aceste Studii de Piata au fost mentionate in mass-media sub titulatura de \u201egrile notariale\u201d, \u201egrilele notarilor\u201d etc. Facem precizarea ca modalitatea de intocmire a Studiilor de Piata este prevazuta la art. 111 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 227\/2015 privind Codul fiscal, potrivit careia: \u201cCamerele notarilor publici actualizeaza cel putin o data pe an studiile de piata intocmite de experti evaluatori autorizati in conditiile legii, care trebuie sa contina informatii privind valorile minime consemnate pe piata imobiliara specifica in anul precedent, si le comunica directiilor generale regionale ale finantelor publice din cadrul A.N.A.F.\u201d. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>Intreaga \tresponsabilitate pentru realizarea si continutul Studiilor de Piata \trevine exclusiv evaluatorilor autorizati care le-au intocmit ca \turmare a solicitarii facute de catre Camerele notarilor publici, in \tconditiile legii, acestea din urma neavand nici o implicare in \tprocedura de elaborare a Studiilor de Piata.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><i>Studiile \tde Piata sunt informatii publice care se regasesc pe site-ul: \twww.unnpr.ro si sunt realizate exclusiv pentru calculul impozitului \tpe venitul obtinut de persoanele fizice din transferul dreptului de \tproprietate asupra imobilelor din patrimoniul personal&#8221;.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" class=\"western\"><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<section
