    The most obvious upgrade is the size. Where the Lyma Laser covered 8cm\u00b2 of skin at a time, the Pro targets 30cm\u00b2. This change in dimension makes it suitable for larger areas of the body, like the underarms, knees, stomach, and neck, as well as the face and ears. Because of this change in dimension, the Lyma Laser Pro is bulkier but would still fit well in a suitcase for travel, though maybe not quite as well in a handbag for on-the-go use.<\/p>\n

    Potency<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    The Lyma Laser Pro contains three lasers compared to the Lyma Laser\u2019s one. This translates to three 500mW near-infrared lasers at a wavelength of 808 nanometres for a total of 1450mW. The Lyma Laser has one 500mW near-infrared laser that also operates at a wavelength of 808nm. Naturally, tripling the number of near-infrared lasers within the device creates a more powerful output to the tune of 3x.<\/p>\n

    Price<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    The Lyma Laser is currently one of the most expensive at-home tools on the market. For converts, though, the price is well justified.<\/p>\n

    \u201cIn terms of devices I\u2019ve used that have had a noticeable impact on the texture of my skin (I\u2019m mainly talking evenness of tone and elasticity), nothing I have tried comes close,\u201d says regular British Vogue<\/em> contributor Georgia Day. \u201cEverything just looked tighter, fresher and clearer, the sort of skin texture I imagine you\u2019d have if you lived a wholesome life imbibing green juice, wearing no makeup and going on invigorating country walks every day.\u201d<\/p>\n

    How to Pick the Best Lyma Laser For You<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    With consistent use, each of the Lyma Laser devices will deliver impressive results. From improving elasticity to treating sun damage, smoothing texture, and reducing inflammation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The most salient factor will be the price. The Pro is over double the price of the original, but then there are triple the lasers baked into the device. That said, the Pro will target more skin more quickly, whereas the original targets smaller areas at a time. The original Lyma Laser can be stashed in a handbag, ready to pluck out at a moment\u2019s notice, while the Pro is more suited for at-home, same-place, same-time use.<\/p>\n
