Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae are in the trenches together. Well, they\u2019re in trench coats together.<\/p>\n

The actor and her musician husband joined the celebrity contingent who braved a rare Los Angeles downpour for Petra Collins\u2019s birthday party last night. The duo embraced coupe dressing in coordinating coats.<\/p>\n

Taylor-Joy feted the photographer in a white maxi dress and open-toed beige mules with a squared-off toe\u2014brave for a rainy day! Over the top, she added a calf-length trench coat in a glossy brown leather that caught the light of the paparazzi\u2019s flashes.<\/p>\n

McRae opted for a double-breasted pinstripe suit, with an intentionally clashing striped button-up and a burgundy tie, and finished off the look with black loafers. Atop the smart suiting, he added a classic khaki trench. Seemingly a favorite suit, McRae wore the look in April to a Tiffany & Co. event, where Taylor-Joy herself opted for a sequin-embroidered black slip dress along with her heaps of diamonds.<\/p>\n

While the pair avoid overly matchy-matchy looks, they always seem aligned, both dressed in smart, classic pieces in neutral colors.
