The Pro Team training jerseys are some of the best on the market and this blue is hardly bargain basement fodder but there\u2019s a full range of sizes and a crazy discount. Oddly, women\u2019s option is a bit more expensive.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The gear is quality stuff and by going with a small brand you have the opportunity to wear something others aren\u2019t. 50% off might make for a nice time to test how it works for you.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

If you decide to turn them off for a while you don\u2019t have to stop and take them off or worry about losing them, it\u2019s just an easy to press button. Of the available options, Suunto Sonic is just as good as more expensive options but at a great price. Hunt wheels have long been an amazing value in wheels but the performance isn\u2019t something people always think of first. There\u2019s a ton of deals available on the site but I\u2019m including this one because I was at the wind tunnel while these were tested. These are fast wheels and at 1380 grams for a roughly 50mm deep carbon wheel, they are light too.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The way to use it is as a midlayer between a baselayer of whatever weight you need plus a jacket of any kind you want. This piece adds insulation in the form of super light wonder material Polartec Alpha. It\u2019s not a tight fit and there are pockets in case you want to match it with a jacket that lacks them.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Everything about this jacket is disappearing from the market so grab while you can. Gorewear is a sub-brand of Gore and associates. The smaller brand uses Gore materials to make running and cycling gear and it\u2019s closing shop this spring. The material this uses is the latest waterproof breathable material known as Gore-Tex but without forever chemicals.. It\u2019s the best you can find for riding in the rain but more and more companies aren\u2019t making this type of jacket as people move to indoor cycling during the winter. This jacket is amazing for riding in the rain, grab it if you still head outside during the winter.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The exterior is a softshell that breathes well and will shrug off a considerable amount of rain, more than the last version of this jacket, while the interior is Polartec Alpha (more of the wonder material). What\u2019s really interesting about this jacket though is all the pockets. There\u2019s two on the chest plus three perfectly placed and just sized on the rear. I love the fit and there\u2019s a dual zipper.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Sharing one more Sportful piece because I want to make sure this surfaces while you browse. These gloves are so good I want to tell everyone about them. First of all, they are not waterproof and that\u2019s fine because there is no such thing as a truly waterproof glove. These will shrug off light rain and more importantly they stop wind plus they have an incredible palm design. I normally dislike padding on cycling gloves because it creates hotspots. Sportful nails this and it feels you imagine all padding will feel.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The Kickr Bike Shift leaves off the latest Zwift controllers and doesn\u2019t move and up and down but it has all the essentials for half the price. Right now it\u2019s a perfect time to start a structured training plan. 25% will make that a little less painful.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

This is really a midlayer. \u201cThe gridded fleece interior traps body heat between the layers\u201d making for a perfect option over a heavy base layer and under a shell.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

I\u2019ve been testing these Sony headphones for a while now and they are absolutely incredible off the bike plus on the bike they won\u2019t require constant readjustment and they have excellent Google Gemini integration. The Garmin X1 is a nearly brand new watch and seeing it pop up with a discount is a surprise.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also perfect for cyclists. Cyclists don\u2019t need to ride with a watch to get metrics. You\u2019ve already got a heart rate monitor, a power meter, and GPS for speed and distance info. So go ahead and leave the watch at home. Once you do get home and off the bike though, you still want a watch to help fill in the full picture of training by keeping an eye on resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and other exercise. The thing is, that\u2019s a different watch from a running watch. You want something you can wear all the time that looks great and has plenty of battery life. That\u2019s where the Garmin Venu X1 fits in perfectly. If you know someone that wants to share their rides with others, this is the absolute best action camera for use on a bike. I\u2019ve spent years testing different options and nothing beats this. If you want to hold it the candybar shape makes it easy. If you want to chest mount it then the ability to reframe later means you never capture footage staring at the ground, and the mic is good enough you can hear it over the wind noise. There\u2019s also a ton of good accessories for shooting cool video that looks like a drone is following a rider. You can read a bit more in my Insta360 X5 review.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

I also love the loud beep that makes it easy to tell above the noise of wind that you are starting\/stopping recording.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
