While we don\u2019t have an exact start date to their fruitful creative partnership, we do know that Hynes began working with Michele during his tenure at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/tag\/gucci\"><span>Gucci<\/span><\/a><span>, scoring a soundtrack for the label\u2019s 2016 pre-fall collection video, directed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/gia-coppola\"><span>Gia Coppola<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>From there, Hynes has attended 2019\u2019s \u2018Camp\u2019 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/met-ball\"><span>Met Gala<\/span><\/a><span> wearing a flamboyant Gucci suit, performed with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/music\/gallery\/30438\/8\/harry-styles\"><span>Harry Styles<\/span><\/a><span> on stage at the Grammy\u2019s in a custom velvet beret, and loyally followed Michele to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/valentino\"><span>Valentino<\/span><\/a><span>, collaborating on a gray suit for this year\u2019s \u2018Black Dandy\u2019 Met Gala. Now, Michele has tapped the British musician once again as one of the stars of his Valentino Cruise 2026 campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"src-youtube video-container embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"media-youtube\" data-id=\"g_4qEWZdm1c\"><span class=\"preserve-aspect-ratio\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"raw-html\">\n<p><span>Dropped on the label\u2019s Instagram account, Hynes is joined by an all-star cast including actor <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/dakota-johnson\"><span>Dakota Johnson<\/span><\/a><span>, singer Tate McRae, American ballet dancer Devon Teuscher, 1970s socialite Marisa Berenson and German visual artist Ann Imhoff. Shot by London-based photographer Marili Andre, the campaign sees Hynes and co haunt various ornately-decorated hotel rooms looking forlorn and wistful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThere is a moment, just before the night comes, when conscience prepares to surrender. The \u2018Nocturne\u2019 advertising campaign decides to inhabit that threshold,\u201d said Michele of the campaign. \u201cIt happens in a hotel, liminal space par excellence, where intimacy and anonymity coexist and transience turns into a form of permanence. Each room is a fragment of universe, populated by singular existences. Lives barely touching one another, yet taking part in a shared ritual: the gesture of giving oneself over to sleep, of loosening the tensions of the day, of embracing the quiet hush as a temporary
