In 2017, he launched his own eponymous brand, quickly gaining a reputation for his smoking hot shows and barely there designs. Five years later, he was named <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/59900\/1\/why-ludovic-de-saint-sernin-quit-ann-demeulemeester-collection-hunter-schafer\"><span>creative director of Ann Demeulemeester,<\/span><\/a><span> and in 2024, announced as the eighth guest designer for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/64701\/1\/ludovic-de-saint-sernin-is-jean-paul-gaultiers-next-guest-designer\"><span>Jean Paul Gaultier\u2019s Haute Couture<\/span><\/a><span> line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>While continuing to design for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/68167\/1\/ludovic-de-saint-sernin-wants-men-in-thongs-summer-fire-island-beach\"><span>his own label<\/span><\/a><span>, in September, de Saint Sernin revealed that he had taken on a new role as pop star Tate McRae\u2019s creative director, and now, he\u2019s adding yet another bullet point to his CV. The French designer has now teamed up with Zara to create a collection that spans womenswear, menswear, beauty, bags, shoes and accessories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s my first big global collaboration. The first season she did in Paris, we booked her. It was a mutual love at first sight and I\u2019ve done every show with her ever since. She\u2019s such a great spokesperson for our generation. If you\u2019re on set with her, you just have to shoot her every moment, because she\u2019s non-stop slaying.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>B IS FOR\u2026BEAUTY. THIS COLLECTION FEATURES BEAUTY PRODUCTS AS WELL AS CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES. WHAT WAS YOUR BEAUTY INSPO?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>The inspiration was getting ready, which for me is usually the most fun part of the night. You\u2019re with your friends, you\u2019re thinking about the look you\u2019re going to do. So the products are about skin prepping and complementing the wardrobe. I don\u2019t wear makeup \u2013 I want to get into it, but it\u2019s such a different art.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>C IS FOR\u2026CRUSH.
