Ackermann<\/span><\/a><span> is a busy man. When he\u2019s not ruling the Paris runways at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/tom-ford\"><span>Tom Ford<\/span><\/a><span>, he\u2019s working on his next cosy capsule as creative director at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/68370\/1\/canada-goose-haider-ackermann-utah\"><span>Canada Goose<\/span><\/a><span>. The Colombian-born French designer joined both brands last year (clearly one job announcement per year isn\u2019t enough), and has since made it his mission to put his own unique spin on each brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>At Tom Ford, Ackermann honours the ultra-sexy house codes, while moving it into the modern day. Meanwhile, over at Canada Goose, he\u2019s rewriting the rules of outerwear \u2013 now, with the help of 92-year-old country music legend Willie Nelson, who stars in the brand\u2019s latest campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The new campaign showcases Ackermann\u2019s third Snow Goose by Canada Goose collection, inspired by the brand\u2019s arctic heritage. It\u2019s both a love letter to the land that defines Canada Goose, as well as a glimpse into the future of outwear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWinter is often imagined as a season of silence, as quiet or still,\u201d says Ackermann. \u201cBut I wanted this collection to breathe, to move with the rhythm of life that persists beneath the cold and capture the pulse of life in the cold. Shooting this campaign with Willie Nelson was an incredible honour and something I\u2019d dreamed of since my earliest days with Canada Goose.
