Dup\u0103 mai bine de 30 de ani de la schimbarea regimului politic, parc\u0103 mare lucru nu s-a schimbat la nivelul mentalului colectiv.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-index=\"2\">Nu a existat o lege a lustra\u021biei, iar sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt a b\u0103tut pasul pe loc.
