\n\tThe expanded edition also includes five songs that are being officially released for the first time: the 2022 Pepsi commercial track \u201cRight Now (Taste The Victory),\u201d \u201cShe\u2019ll Never Be Me,\u201d\u00a0\u201cAm I A Sinner,\u201d \u201cWhen I Say So\u201d and \u201cMy Big Secret,\u201d as well as two remixes, \u201cOverprotected (Darkchild Remix),\u201d and \u201cBoys (feat. Pharrell Williams) (The Co-Ed Remix).\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe vinyl version of the album will be pressed on Bombastic Blue Splatter, with the package for the physical version including unreleased photos from the period when the singer recorded the LP, according to a press release. Another vinyl variant, a liquid-filled version from Bad World, is also available for pre-order today.<\/p>\n

Britney<\/em> was originally released on Nov. 6, 2001 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, cementing Spears\u2019 place in music history as the first female artist ever to have their first three studio albums debut at No. 1. It spawned the Billboard Hot 100 No. 27 hit \u201cI\u2019m a Slave 4 U\u201d and the Nov. 86 hit \u201cOverprotected,\u201d and featured the fan-favorite songs \u201cI\u2019m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman,\u201d as well as \u201cBoys,\u201d and a cover of Joan Jett\u2019s \u201cI Love Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll.\u201d The original album ends with \u201cWhat It\u2019s Like to Be Me,\u201d a track co-written and co-produced by Spears\u2019 then boyfriend, *NSYNC\u2019s Justin Timberlake, and choreographer Wade Robson.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpears, who has said she is effectively retired from the music business, has not released a new album since 2016\u2019s Glory<\/em> and does not appear to be involved in the promotion of the anniversary edition. She did, however, preview the classic Britney pop banger \u201cShe\u2019ll Never Be Me,\u201d last month, giving fans a listen to the song she co-wrote with Timberlake along with Bradley Daymond (*NSYNC) and Alex Greggs (*NSYNC, Paris Hilton) and which was co-produced by Riprock \u2018n\u2019 Alex G.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe resurfaced unreleased songs are the first \u201cnew\u201d music from Spears since she teamed with will.i.am on 2023\u2019s one-off \u201cMind Your Business.\u201d In January, Spears\u00a0vowed that she would \u201cnever perform in the U.S. again,\u201d seven years after wrapping her global Piece of Me tour.<\/p>\n
