Heavy rain also flooded roads in Istanbul.<\/h2>\n<div class=\"b-videos-players__rest-of-text js-rest-of-text \">\n<div class=\"c-article-content\">\n<p><strong>Four construction workers were killed<\/strong> and a fifth injured when a <strong>sudden tornado<\/strong> struck a building site in <strong>Antalya, southern Turkey<\/strong>, late on Monday. The <strong>falling crane caused no casualties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Hulusi \u015eahin described the tornado, which struck the <strong>Kepez district<\/strong>, as <strong>&#8220;an exceptionally localised phenomenon&#8221;<\/strong>. No similar weather was reported elsewhere in the city.<\/p>\n<p>The same weather system brought <strong>torrential downpours to Istanbul<\/strong>, flooding streets in <strong>Pendik and Tuzla<\/strong>. Passers-by rescued a father and daughter trapped in their car at the submerged Kaynarca underpass, while the <strong>D-100 highway was closed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The flooding came just 12 days after
