\n\n\tThis song came out of a moment when I was writing down my thoughts and reflecting on failed relationships \u2014 not just romantic ones, but friendships too. If I\u2019m giving everything I have, why do I end up alone and still waiting for more? Why doesn\u2019t that same instinct to give love come naturally to other people the way it does to me? The same love you give to the world, you have to give yourself. Erika Vidrio, an incredible songwriter, added her own depth to it, and the result is something a lot of people will relate to. Musically, it\u2019s pop-rock, but the accordion plays a really important role.<\/p>\n

\n\n\tIt was very important to me to include this song with my mom on the album. She invited me to perform it with her at a concert in Los Angeles. At the time, I loved singing, but I wasn\u2019t thinking about pursuing a career in music. Still, she saw that I had something and came up with the idea of doing this Alicia Keys song, which is about the importance of having someone special by your side rather than material possessions. The sound is sweet and melancholy.<\/p>\n

\n\n\tIt\u2019s about a breakup, but unlike most breakup songs, this one is happy and healing. It\u2019s about finally realizing that you need to end a relationship that wasn\u2019t giving you anything, even though you gave it everything. It\u2019s a song to listen to once the pain has passed. Musically, it\u2019s pop \u2014 really upbeat and meant to be played loud, so you can feel free. The songwriters are Salvador Aponte and Carlos H. \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cCuando Cambies Volver\u00e9\u201d<\/h2>\n
\n\n\tThis is one of my favorite songs on the album, and it was written by a songwriter I really admire, Luciano Luna. I connected with it immediately because it\u2019s about loving someone with your whole heart, but realizing that person can\u2019t love you back in the same way. So you decide not to force things and to love them from a distance. It sounds tough, but it\u2019s better that way. The song has a smooth, rhythmic groove with touches of bachata and delicious electric guitar.<\/p>\n

\n \u201cPa\u2019 Migajas\u201d<\/h2>\n
\n\n\tThis is another song that hit me deeply the first time I heard it. I could say it broke my heart. I had never felt so seen by a lyric. It\u2019s about not loving yourself enough, and that\u2019s something I\u2019ve gone through many times \u2014 I\u2019m not ashamed to admit it. I\u2019m no longer willing to accept crumbs or forced affection; I\u2019d rather have nothing. It\u2019s completely rooted in pop-rock, which lets me sing it with more intensity and let all my feelings out.<\/p>\n
