was marked by demonstrations in Barcelona in support of Spanish unity, while far-right leader Santiago Abascal visited Ceuta, the Spanish enclave on the North African coast.<\/h2>\n<div flags at a rally supporting <strong>Spain\u2019s territorial integrity<\/strong>, <strong>under the slogan \u201cCatalonia with Ceuta, one Spain\u201d<\/strong>. Meanwhile, <strong>Vox leader Santiago Abascal<\/strong> travelled to <strong>Ceuta<\/strong>, where he laid a wreath in honour of those who died for Spain. More than <strong>70,000 people crossed from Morocco into Ceuta<\/strong> on 30 and 31 July; most returned within days, but thousands remained, putting pressure on local resources.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, <strong>police, backed by soldiers, cleared the last major migrant encampment<\/strong> at El Guano. More than <strong>350 officers<\/strong> took part in the operation, two days before <strong>King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia<\/strong> were due to visit Ceuta. The royal couple are also scheduled to travel to <strong>Melilla on 14 October<\/strong>, their <strong>first visit<\/strong> to the two enclaves since 2007.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div
