Some key moments in the film \u2014 Zuckerberg (Jeremy Strong) preparing for a congressional hearing about misinformation and extremism and Horwitz (Jeremy Allen White) getting ready to publish the first Facebook Files report \u2014 occur on the same day, which happens to be January 6th, 2021, amid the insurrection at the US Capitol.
