\n\tRamos, whose credits on the small and the big screen include The Beauty\u00a0<\/em>on FX, Kathryn Bigelow\u2019s Netflix film\u00a0A House of Dynamite<\/em>\u00a0and Universal\u2019s blockbuster\u00a0Twisters<\/em>, is also an accomplished, Grammy-winning recording artist. Born and raised in Brooklyn to Puerto Rican parents, he\u2019s released songs including \u201cNew York City\u201d and \u201cI Was the One,\u201d produced by salsa legend Sergio George, as well as \u201cVicariously\u201d and \u201cSe Fue,\u201d which reflect his deep connection to his Latin music roots.<\/p>\n

\n\tHis latest release, \u201cWasn\u2019t Even Lookin\u2019,\u201d arrived on Sept. 25 via Ramos Music\/The Orchard. Also produced by Sergio George, it continues Ramos\u2019 English-language homage to the sounds and culture of salsa music, infused with his own distinctive style.<\/p>\n

\n\tRamos recently performed \u201cNew York City\u201d on\u00a0The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>, and at the 69th annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York where he was also crowned King of the parade.<\/p>\n

\n\tHis upcoming projects include a new animated\u00a0Bob the Builder<\/em>\u00a0feature in development with Mattel Films, ShadowMachine and Jennifer Lopez\u2019s Nuyorican Productions, which Ramos will produce and star in.<\/p>\n
