href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/68529\/1\/your-ultimate-guide-to-all-the-ss26-designer-debuts\"><span>season of designer debuts<\/span><\/a><span>, that historic SS26 fashion month marked by an unprecedented sea change at the top of luxury labels. But despite just a single year passing, the fashion industry has continued to steamroll on at an alarming rate. On Friday, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/demna-gvasalia\"><span>Demna<\/span><\/a><span> presented his fifth collection for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/tag\/gucci\"><span>Gucci<\/span><\/a><span> in the space of a year, an SS27 offering that celebrated the stereotypes that have defined the brand\u2019s rise; in Paris, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/matthieu-blazy\"><span>Matthieu Blazy<\/span><\/a><span> \u2013 another new hire for SS26 \u2013 has shown six catwalks at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/chanel\"><span>Chanel<\/span><\/a><span>, and will present his seventh next week; on the other side of the Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/jonathan-anderson\"><span>Jonathan Anderson<\/span><\/a><span> took up residence at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/dior\"><span>Dior<\/span><\/a><span>, and has presented a whopping <\/span><em><span>ten collections<\/span><\/em><span> for the house since, eight of which have been runway shows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>One woman who has not had to deal with the breakneck speed of the industry \u2013 at least not to that extreme degree \u2013 is Louise Trotter. Since making her <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/bottega-veneta\"><span>Bottega Veneta<\/span><\/a><span> debut in September 2025, Trotter has delivered two ready-to-wear collections, and now returns with her third for SS27. While Chanel and Dior have couture to contend with, and houses like Gucci also produce Resort and Pre-Fall collections, Bottega has maintained a comparatively restrained runway calendar, allowing Trotter to slowly carve out her unique space in the fashion universe, still within the gravitational pull of the big houses, but setting the pace of her own orbit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To find out what Trotter had up her sleeve for this third collection, scroll down for everything that went down at the show.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span>TYLER RETURNS TO THE FRAY<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instagram-container embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"media-instagram\" data-script-depends=\"instagram-embeds\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n<div class=\"embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"raw-html\">\n<p><span>It\u2019s not often we\u2019re treated to a Tyler, the Creator fashion week appearance. The last time the US rapper sat front row at a show was way back in June 2023, for Pharrell\u2019s SS24 Louis Vuitton menswear collection. Since then, Tyler has jumped ship to Bottega, last year <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/66921\/1\/tyler-the-creator-dario-argento-bottega-veneta-intrecciato-leather-campaign\"><span>becoming one of the brand\u2019s many new faces<\/span><\/a><span> alongside Zadie Smith, Dario Argento and Jack Antonoff. We saw it in the first show, as coats covered in ribbons of fabric swished down the runway and woven leather accessories sprouted rows of tassels. <\/span>Then Awar Odhiang appeared<span> in that tinsel-like golden \u201cfur\u201d, which was actually recycled fibreglass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Movement returned for AW26, with Trotter expanding on her flouncy fibreglass creations in a variety of new colours, and now, for SS27, that same principle is back. Light changes, the city sheds its cloak without becoming bare, and so does the way one lives, moves, dresses,\u201d wrote the designer in this season\u2019s notes. \u201cThis collection inhabits that movement. Spring anticipating summer. Summer beginning to bloom. Cult supermodel <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/mariacarla-boscono\"><span>Mariacarla Boscono<\/span><\/a><span> made an appearance in pleated trousers and a lilac silk top, while Dazed cover stars like <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/tag\/mona-tougaard\"><span>Mona Tougaard<\/span><\/a><span> and Odhiang completed Trotter\u2019s uber-chic approach to casting. Closing out the show, however, was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/kendall-jenner\"><span>Kendall Jenner<\/span><\/a><span>. Swaddled in a black, toga-esque garment, knotted in a large bow at her left shoulder, Jenner concluded the show by walking past her rumoured partner Elordi, who was looking on from the front row. Though neither the US model nor the Australian actor has confirmed their romance, Elordi could be seen beaming as Jenner walked past, even holding up a little silver digital camera to snap a picture of her. But despite just a single year passing, the fashion industry has continued to steamroll on at an alarming rate. On Friday, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/demna-gvasalia\"><span>Demna<\/span><\/a><span> presented his fifth collection for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/tag\/gucci\"><span>Gucci<\/span><\/a><span> in the space of a year, an SS27 offering that celebrated the stereotypes that have defined the brand\u2019s rise; in Paris, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/matthieu-blazy\"><span>Matthieu Blazy<\/span><\/a><span> \u2013 another new hire for SS26 \u2013 has shown six catwalks at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/chanel\"><span>Chanel<\/span><\/a><span>, and will present his seventh next week; on the other side of the Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/jonathan-anderson\"><span>Jonathan Anderson<\/span><\/a><span> took up residence at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/dior\"><span>Dior<\/span><\/a><span>, and has presented a whopping <\/span><em><span>ten collections<\/span><\/em><span> for the house since, eight of which have been runway shows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>One woman who has not had to deal with the breakneck speed of the industry \u2013 at least not to that extreme degree \u2013 is Louise Trotter. Since making her <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/bottega-veneta\"><span>Bottega Veneta<\/span><\/a><span> debut in September 2025, Trotter has delivered two ready-to-wear collections, and now returns with her third for SS27. While Chanel and Dior have couture to contend with, and houses like Gucci also produce Resort and Pre-Fall collections, Bottega has maintained a comparatively restrained runway calendar, allowing Trotter to slowly carve out her unique space in the fashion universe, still within the gravitational pull of the big houses, but setting the pace of her own orbit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To find out what Trotter had up her sleeve for this third collection, scroll down for everything that went down at the show.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span>TYLER RETURNS TO THE FRAY<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instagram-container embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"media-instagram\" data-script-depends=\"instagram-embeds\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n<div class=\"embed-content\" data-embed-type=\"raw-html\">\n<p><span>It\u2019s not often we\u2019re treated to a Tyler, the Creator fashion week appearance. The last time the US rapper sat front row at a show was way back in June 2023, for Pharrell\u2019s SS24 Louis Vuitton menswear collection. Since then, Tyler has jumped ship to Bottega, last year <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazeddigital.com\/fashion\/article\/66921\/1\/tyler-the-creator-dario-argento-bottega-veneta-intrecciato-leather-campaign\"><span>becoming one of the brand\u2019s many new faces<\/span><\/a><span> alongside Zadie Smith, Dario Argento and Jack Antonoff. We saw it in the first show, as coats covered in ribbons of fabric swished down the runway and woven leather accessories sprouted rows of tassels. <\/span>Then Awar Odhiang appeared<span> in that tinsel-like golden \u201cfur\u201d, which was actually recycled fibreglass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Movement returned for AW26, with Trotter expanding on her flouncy fibreglass creations in a variety of new colours, and now, for SS27, that same principle is back. Light changes, the city sheds its cloak without becoming bare, and so does the way one lives, moves, dresses,\u201d wrote the designer in this season\u2019s notes. \u201cThis collection inhabits that movement.
