The memoir alleges rows with the then-Prince Charles over the 1997 funeral and accuses him of contempt for his ex-wife.<\/p>\n<p>Spencer claims he argued with Charles over palace plans for Prince William and Prince Harry, then 15 and 12, to walk behind their mother\u2019s coffin. He says the then-Prince Charles \u201cwent ballistic\u201d and told him: \u201cRest assured, we\u2019ll forget her soon enough.\u201d He also says Charles sounded \u201celated\u201d after Diana\u2019s
