Designed by LUAR founder and creative director Raul Lopez, the purple-and-gold bag pairs a crystal-covered exterior with an insulated lining designed to keep chocolate ready to share.<\/p>\n<p>For Pessoa, it serves as both a finishing touch and a social strategy. Carrying it made her feel \u201caccessorized, unique, and like I had an insulated secret to making new friends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And unlike most secrets, this one is better when passed around.<\/p>\n<h3>Late Morning \u2014 Make The First Move<\/h3>\n<p>As Pessoa moves through the day, she doesn\u2019t reserve Cadbury chocolate for the people she already knows. Today, she knows that artist personally, and attends that designer\u2019s shows herself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCan you imagine telling little nervous me that?\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>That history gives her a distinct perspective on an industry often organized around who is \u2014 and isn\u2019t \u2014 granted access. \u201cI do not believe beauty, quality, and dignity should be exclusive,\u201d she says. \u201cEveryone deserves joy and inclusivity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The sentiment also explains why the Cadbury collaboration felt natural. Pessoa admits that she expected working with such a major brand to be \u201cless fun.\u201d Instead, she says, \u201cWe had so much fun, and I am personally aligned with fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>After Dark \u2014 No Comment<\/h3>\n<p>How late does a typical fashion week day keep Pessoa out? \u201cNo comment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a fittingly mysterious ending to a day built around being anything but closed off. As the internet becomes louder \u2014 and rage bait and perfectionism make people increasingly hesitant to approach one another \u2014 Pessoa wants people to remain open to the possibility of real-world connection.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are people you have never met that would love to get to know you,\u201d she says. \u201cGo be part of the world.
