Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine looks set to follow Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool in co-owning an English football team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Jackman has long been a fan of Norwich City F.C., a second-tier squad from the east of England nicknamed the Canaries, which has spent the last few decades continually on the bubble of achieving top-level success.<\/p>\n

Speaking to TalkSport<\/a>, Jackman mentioned he began supporting Norwich as a child due to it being the birthplace of his mother. And despite growing up in Australia, Jackman has still made various trips to Norwich’s home ground over the years. Major cup and league success have proved elusive for Norwich over this time, however, with every successful promotion to the Premier League typically followed by swift relegation the season after.<\/p>\n
