Oliynykova the latest WTA star to praise them for being \u201ctruly amazing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Since making her breakthrough on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/wta-tour\">WTA Tour<\/a> in early 2025, Eala has become one of the most popular players on the tour and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-news\/us-open-2026-alex-eala-decision-court-mcenroe-warning\">her matches are always sold ou<\/a>t, whether she plays in Europe, Asia or North America.<\/p>\n<p>There is always a buzz at her matches with Filipino fans turning up in their drones and it has been no different at this year\u2019s US Open.<\/p>\n<p>Although they are quite vocal in their support for their 21-year-old superstar, they don\u2019t overstep the mark.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSorry we\u2019re loud. We\u2019re Filipino,\u201d one poster stated during one of Eala\u2019s matches and there is no doubt that it can be a little unsettling for some of her opponents.<\/p>\n<p>Oliynykova got a taste of the loudness during a 6-1, 6-4, defeat to Eala in the second round at Louis Armstrong Stadium on Thursday, but like with most other WTA stars, the Filipino fans left a good impression on the Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<h2>Alex Eala News<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-news\/alex-eala-usopen-contender-improvement-filipina\">How Alex Eala took her game to the next level to become a US Open contender<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis365.com\/tennis-news\/alex-eala-punishment-missing-china-open-mandatory-event\">Alex Eala: The possible penalties the Filipina star could face for missing the China Open<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMahigpit na yakap sa aking mga tagahanga sa Pilipinas!\u201d she wrote on Instagram. \u201cNapakainit ng inyong pagmamahal, napakatapat, at talagang kahanga-hanga kayo!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It translates to: \u201cBig hugs to my fans in the Philippines! Your love is so warm, so sincere, and you are truly amazing!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And Oliynykova wasn\u2019t impressed with the fans during the match, but also after her exit from the tournament, as she explained on social media: \u201cI went for a little walk around the US Open grounds, and it was incredibly heartwarming to see how many people came up to me with kind words.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am also grateful to everyone who\u2019s been messaging me. I\u2019m receiving an incredible number of messages and comments, and it truly means so much to feel your support.
