that you won\u2019t find in your usual guidebook. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the European Bar Guide, an independent website which publishes reviews of the best pubs and bars across the continent, has revealed its annual ranking of Europe\u2019s 100 best bars.<\/p>\n<p>On its website, the guide says it rates venues \u201csimply on how well they do what they\u2019re trying to do\u201d, with a focus on \u201cspectacle, atmosphere, social scene, intriguing customs, local culture and yes, the quality and choice of drinks\u201d.
