CD Projekt Red joint CEO Micha\u0142 Nowakowski opened up about the developer\u2019s reaction to the rising price of consoles and the possibility of next-generation hardware getting delayed due to RAMaggedon.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Speaking with The Game Business<\/u><\/a> in a September 1 interview, Nowakowski said he\u2019s \u201cnot worried\u201d about console costs potentially affecting sales of CDPR\u2019s titles.<\/p>\n

\u201cConsoles are still necessary to broaden the audience on the casual or semi-casual level. It\u2019s important to have [something] easy to plug in and enjoy gaming,\u201d he told the outlet. \u201cI’m a big believer that they\u2019re going to weather the storm. Pricing is the objective challenge. And the rumors… we hear them about the next gen being delayed. I don\u2019t know if they\u2019re true.\u201d<\/p>\n
