The popcorn bag reveal comes on the heels today of Sony\u2019s release of a new poster for Resident Evil<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Weapons and Barbarian director Zach Cregger has been busy promoting Resident Evil with his main actor Austin Abrams. Cregger recently revealed that Abrams nearly died while they were shooting one particular zombie scene<\/u><\/a>. <\/p>\n

The filmmaker also conceded that he \u201ctook liberties\u201d to make his movie better<\/u><\/a> even though he knows Resident Evil 2, the game his film is inspired by, didn\u2019t have snow or iPhones in it.<\/p>\n

Cregger has also confirmed that his Resident Evil contains first-person sequences<\/u><\/a> and that the games\u2019 sinister Umbrella Corp. is indeed referenced in the film.<\/p>\n
