Instead, the court is examining whether the injuries <strong>Darjean <\/strong>suffered resulted from conduct that qualifies as a \u201cwillful and malicious\u201d injury under bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\" class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph paragraph\">If the judge determines that they did, the debt generally cannot be erased through Chapter 7.
