The two parties disagreed over the circumstances surrounding the name change, with Taiwan\u2019s Ministry of Culture ultimately accusing the GBF of \u201cpolitical censorship\u201d in an August 15 statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tGBF denied allegations that it had acted without Taiwan\u2019s consent in an effort to appease Beijing, which does not recognize the sovereignty of the self-governed island.
