And yet, the show\u2019s finale showed that his long-time love, Bix Caleen, had a child with Cassian. Though he was gone, a small piece of him lived on.<\/p>\n<p>Creator Tony Gilroy has often said he\u2019s unlikely to return to a galaxy far, far away, but the actress who plays Bix, Adria Arjona, admits she\u2019d absolutely return\u2026 if a few conditions were met.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou never know!\u201d Arjona told ScreenRant. \u201cIf I\u2019m 75 years old, and they\u2019re like, \u2018Do you want to be in a <em>Star Wars<\/em> show?\u2019 I\u2019d be like, \u2018Hell yeah, I don\u2019t care! How much? They\u2019re not really calling me, so I\u2019ll do it.\u2019 But I do want to respect Tony\u2019s version of the ending for my character.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the issue. She had such a good relationship with Gilroy that any return to the character would have to come with at least some of his input.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a duality to this because I want to respect Tony\u2019s ending to the show,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I also love this character so much that I would never say never. Well, I don\u2019t know what I would say. It would have to be someone great behind it. Because it\u2019s Tony, and because I got to create this character with him, I would like to pay that respect. So, it would have to be about who is involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But, as Arjona said, never say never. Don\u2019t forget, when <em>Star Wars Rebels<\/em> ended, there was a similar situation where the late Kanan Jarrus was revealed to have a child with Hera Syndulla. And while it took several years, Hera and that child, Jacen, did return in the show <em>Ahsoka<\/em>. So maybe it\u2019s just a matter of time. But what we do know is there\u2019s at least two great characters out there, Bix Caleen and her child, for a future <em>Star Wars<\/em> creative to use.
