Now that the Supreme Court has ordered the government to refund those fees, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.play.date\/orders\/tariffs\/?_sp=2af69ab1-0f35-47c3-9340-160c653092ca.1787851369718\" class=\"link jsx-1337145738 jsx-3925284146 underlined\" data-cy=\"styled-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Panic is forwarding those refunds<\/a> to the customers that actually paid them. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">The company started sending out emails, spotted on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/toobulkeh_well-played-panic-inc-share-7498154882160476160-B2_Y\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_android&amp;rcm=ACoAAALBUOwBv6VlwQn9A2YX0lc-RE3cEBWCpQA\" class=\"link jsx-1337145738 jsx-3925284146 underlined\" data-cy=\"styled-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/PlaydateConsole\/comments\/1vydt1c\/playdate_tariff_refund_massive_respect_for_panic\/\" class=\"link jsx-1337145738 jsx-3925284146 underlined\" data-cy=\"styled-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reddit<\/a>, informing customers that they&#8217;d be getting a tariff refund sent to their original payment method. Hopefully, the Playdate manufacturers can set a decent example for other companies to follow. <\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">After all, tarrifs aren&#8217;t the only thing causing prices to go up lately.
