during the 2026 Classic TT Senior finale, which he thinks was the result of his bike\u2019s engine being stripped following an earlier protest.<\/p>\n<p>The 36-time Isle of Man TT winner enjoyed a strong meeting at the 2026 Classic TT, as he stormed to three race wins.<\/p>\n<p>Dunlop took victory in the Formula 1 race on Sunday on his 750cc Suzuki, before adding Lightweight success to his scorecard on a Padgetts Honda 250.<\/p>\n<p>He claimed a third victory in Tuesday\u2019s four-lap Senior finale on his Suzuki by over 12 seconds, though admitted afterwards he endured a Formula 1 win, which meant his Suzuki\u2019s engine had to be stripped and then rebuilt in a short amount of time.<\/p>\n<p>He believes this was the reason for the leak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was nervous for a lap or two there,\u201d he told <em>Manx Radio<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got a bit of a leak. But, apart from that, it\u2019s not anybody\u2019s fault; just with the protest, they had to strip the motor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked about conditions over the mountain section of the course, he added: \u201cAye, it was windy a bit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd, to be honest with you, with the issue I had, I kept spinning up a lot.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just thought once I got the boys in sight, I didn\u2019t go any harder.<\/p>\n<aside>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-title\"><span>Article continues below<\/span><span>ADVERTISEMENT<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<aside>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-block\">\n<div class=\"mpu-title\"><span>Article continues below<\/span><span>ADVERTISEMENT<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cI just nursed, nursed, nursed, hoping, hoping, hoping. But, thanks to the boys. They\u2019ve been mint all week, so nice to come back and win more races.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Three wins at the Classic TT follow on from a hat-trick of wins at the Isle of Man TT in June.<\/p>\n<p>But Dunlop reckons the Classic TT is likely the end of his 2026 season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI dunno,\u201d he replied when asked what his plans were for the rest of the year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere won\u2019t be much more happening now.
